EuroTool is freeware.
EuroTool is a lightweight Euro-enabled calculator and currency-converter.
It supports the fixed-rate currencies of the Euro countries plus 10 free customizable currencies.
New features with respect to version 1.1:
- new buttons in the three-field mode;
Bugfixes with respect to version 1.1:
- rounding errors with negatives numbers;
- little memory leaks;
- formatting of custom rates;

EuroTool è un semplice Euro-convertitore con calcolatrice integrata. Supporta le valute a
tasso fisso dei paesi dell'Euro più 10 valute personalizzabili dall'utente.
Funzionalità nuove rispetto alla versione 1.1:
- nuovi tasti nella modalità a tre campi;
Errori della versione 1.1 corretti:
- errori di arrotondamento di numeri negativi;
- falle di memoria trascurabili;
- formattazione dei tassi di cambio personalizzati;

EuroTool ist ein einfacher Euro-Umrechner, der den festgelegten Euro-Kurs und
zusätzlich 10 vereinstellbare Währungen untestützt, deren Umrechnungkurse
frei einstellbar sind.
Neue Eigenschaften in Bezug auf Version 1.1:
- neue Tasten im Drei-Feldbetrieb;
Bugfixes in Bezug auf Version 1,1:
- Aufrunden von Fehlern mit Negativzahlen;
- wenige Speicherleckstellen;

- the button layout is now in the form of a real calculator
(789 in the first row, in place of 123);
- new buttons "Add to memory" (M+), "Subtract to memory" (M-),
"Recall memory" (RM) and "Clear memory" (CM),
memory register indication;
- new percentage button;
- new sign (+/-) button;
Bugfixes with respect to version 1.0:
- rounding error;
- error in handling negatives numbers;

Funzionalità nuove rispetto alla versione 1.0:
- la disposizione dei tasti rispecchia ora quella delle calcolatrici
(789 nella riga in alto, al posto di 123);
- nuovi bottoni "Aggiungi a memoria" (M+), "Sottrai a Memoria" (M-),
"Richiama memoria" (RM) e "Azzera memoria" (CM),
memory register indication;
- nuovo pulsante per le percentuali;
- nuovo pulsante per il segno;
Errori della versione 1.0 corretti:
- errori di arrotondamento;
- errori nella gestione dei numeri negativi;

The little rectangle on the bottom left corner, which is new in version 1.1,
is not a button, it indicates the graffiti shift indicator and the memory indicator,
which is set (M) whenever the memory register contains a non-zero value.

EuroTool is a lightweight Euro-enabled calculator and currency-converter.

- it supports all the fixed conversion rates of the euro countries;
- it supports 10 custom currencies, whose name and conversion rate can be freely set;
- two-field calculator mode or three-field mode;
- PalmOS native currency format localization is supported: the
decimal separators are automatically adjusted according to your
settings; Warning: you must enter amounts using your correct
decimal separator;
- it supports number insertion via Graffiti ™, via on-screen keyboard
or with the predefined common amounts popup menu;
- two distinct favourite currencies, one for each field, selectable via the
 button;

- supporta le valute a tasso di conversione fisso dei paesi dell'Euro;
- supports 10 valute personalizzate, di cui è possibile definire nome e fattore di conversione;
- modo a due campi con calcolatrice o a tre campi;
- supporto nativo alla localizzazione del formato delle valute: i separatori decimali vengono automaticamente scelti
in base alle impostazioni internazionali; attenzione: gli importi vanno inseriti con i separatori
decimali appropriati (la virgola per la versione italiana) ;
- supporta l'inserimento delle cifre via Graffiti ™, via tastiera a video or
con il menu degli importi predefiniti comuni;
- due valute preferite, una per campo, selezionabili col pulsante ;
- pulsante per selezione rapida dell'Euro;
- pulsante per selezione degli importi predefiniti;

In a launcher like SilverScreen, the 2-bit depth grey-level icon is shown.

The 2-field main view with calculator button. Just tap on either field and enter an amount to have it converted.
The four common mathematical operations are supported.

The currency list comprises all the fixed-rate european currencies, plus 10 custom-definable.
|
The dialog box to define and change custom currencies. Important: for each currency enter the amount
of money expressed in that currency that equals 1 Euro.

The 3-field view. The top and bottom currencies can be chosen, the middle one is reserved for Euro.
Again, just tap a field and enter value to have it automatically converted into the other two currencies.

The common-value list can be invoked to quickly enter predefined amounts ranging from ten cents to
one hundred thousand.
|
Full Edit menu is available. This allows quick and easy transfer of amounts and calculation
results to and from other applications.

Favourite currencies, invoked with the buttons, can be selected in this dialog box.
